Hourly rate for a regular cleaner is £11.50.

Regular Cleaning

Weekly & fortnightly cleaning,carried out to a high standard by the same person on each occasion. A temporary replacement can be provided when your cleaner is on holiday or requires time off.


A Simple Guide For a Typical Regular Clean.

  • Kitchen: Clean throughout including sink, worktops, outside of all cupboards and drawers. All appliances, fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, etc. Clean floors.
  • Lounge: Thoroughly clean and dust all furniture, windows sills, and skirting boards, picture frames, electrical appliances, light switches and door handles.
  • Bathrooms:Clean and de-scale throughout, sink, toilet, bath, shower, tiling and mirrors.
  • General: Empty all bins. Vacuum all carpets. Mop and disinfect all hard flooring. Vacuum clean all soft furnishing. Beds can also be made.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  • Spring Cleans. We offer a spring cleaning service. (Please call for a quotation). Tasks include: paintwork - window frames,door frames,skirting boards and picture rails.Tiled areas, glass and general cleaning. Ovens can be cleaned as part of the service for an additional £25.                                                                                                                                                          
  • Time estimate. 3 bedroom semi detached house (uncluttered), medium size bathroom - 30 minutes, medium size kitchen - 45 to 60 minutes,double bedroom - 20 minutes, single bedroom -15 minutes, hall stairs & landing - 20 minutes, living room - 20 to 40 minutes, dining room - 15 minutes, toilet -10 minutes, en suite toilet & shower - 20 to 30 minutes.                                                                              

          

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

We verify all references provided by your cleaner. Carefully tracing each applicant's history. Training is provided to ensure that our quality of service is being maintained.

All staff are insured for damage to items worth over £100.

We operate a simple one month rolling contract. A no nonsense easy start easy stop arrangement.

It is important that both you and your cleaner are happy with the arrangement. If either party is not then we will make the necessary changes to ensure that the situation is resolved.
